The Affinity Walk-In Clinic opened in January of 2012 with the goal of providing effective, timely service for patients with urgent care needs. In April of 2017, the Affinity Walk-In Clinic achieved accreditation as a Patient Centered Connected Care™, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
As part of Affinity Health Group, the Affinity Walk-In Clinic is equipped to share medical information with your Primary Care Provider, so your medical records stay up-to-date no matter where you go.

Since illnesses and accidents don't always happen during normal business hours, Affinity is here to serve you after hours, every day of the week, for all your medical needs.
